and organize targeted training base programs.

III. Life Service Department
•Pre-departure guidance for first-time entry
•Assistance in filling arrival white card for first-time entry
•VIP airport pickup for first-time entry
•Accommodation consultation and supporting procedures for first-time entry
•One-time house-viewing accompaniment (max. 3 properties upon request)
•One-time school registration accompaniment
•Commercial insurance application
•Assistance with student account login issues
•Accompaniment for entry medical examination and student pass collection/replacement
•Singpass registration and usage guidance
•One-time public transit card application assistance
•Temporary SIM card application; number binding after student pass collection
•Bank account opening assistance (for students aged ≥16)
•Guidance on MRT/bus rides and ride-hailing app usage (with accompaniment)
•Accompaniment for route familiarization between school and accommodation
•Accompaniment for daily necessities purchase
•Medical treatment accompaniment and guidance
•24-hour emergency response for other matters
IV. Academic Affairs Department
Develop personalized academic tutoring plans based on students' subject syllabi and materials,

and establish exclusive academic files;

provide assignment/course material translation, thesis and academic tutoring, and appeal

coordination for academic issues (assignments, theses, course failures);

track academic progress, summarize feedback and analyze performance to ensure on-time graduation;

offer GPA planning and application preparation for master's programs.
V. Internship & Career Guidance Center
Arrange 3 visits to renowned local enterprises in Singapore and face-to-face

communication with enterprise CEOs;

provide online internship positions at world-renowned companies with

recommendation letters; offer career guidance, training and planning for overseas and domesticemployment.
